I just read an article on CNNMoney.com about the record pace of foreclosures in the United States over the past 3 months. 937,840 homeowners received foreclosure notifications of one sort or another during this time period! What many of these homeowners facing foreclosure don’t realize is that there are options available to them. They may be able to defend their foreclosure or file for a chapter 13 bankruptcy to keep their home. Don’t face foreclosure alone!
